The data protection principles defined in this privacy statement apply to the handling of data by the legal persons ICF Movement (association), ICF Zurich (association), ICF Services (GmbH), ICF Media (GmbH), ICF Activities (association), ICF Foundation ( charitable foundation) (hereinafter referred to collectively as ICF, ICF Movement or ICF Church) as well as other future companies or companies under the ICF (International Christian Fellowship) holding an association of ICF Movement, ICF Zurich, ICF Activities, ICF Services GmbH, the ICF Media GmbH or the ICF Foundation (foundation).

 

Your victims rights

It goes without saying that we handle your data responsibly and take into account the data protection laws, in particular the EU data protection regulations (DSGVO). Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary. In no case will the data collected be sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties.

Purposes of data processing by the responsible body and third parties

To the extent that such information is disclosed, agreements restrict the use of your information to the purpose for which it is provided and ensure that it is stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Disclosure of data within the ICF Movement

The ICF Movement consists of a network of local, independent churches  listed under  www.icf.church under the registered name ICF (International Christian Fellowship) and with the registered ICF logo.

To maintain customer relations and provide services through local ICF churches, we may need to store, process and share your personal information with other companies and ICF Churches within the ICF Movement or companies in which a company of the ICF Movement is involved to better meet your needs or improve our products or services.

By posting your data on this website, you agree to the selective transfer of data to other ICF churches. The data will not generally be shared with all ICF churches, but only if we think that sharing your data may be of benefit to you. We will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor pass it on.

Data protection at events / events

Personal data / purpose

At ICF events, you may be filmed or photographed. By visiting an ICF Church event, you expressly agree that you may be photographed or taken and that such photographs / photographs may be used to broadcast on TV, the Internet or other media.

 

Deletion or blocking of data

One of our main suppliers is The Rocket Science Group in the US d / b / a MailChimp, which provides e-mail communications services and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework approved by the European Commission.

Pardot Marketing Automation System

We use the Pardot Marketing Automation System (“Pardot MAS”) of Pardot LLC, 950 E. Paces Ferry Rd. Suite 3300 Atlanta, GA 30326, USA (“Pardot”) on our websites. Pardot is a special software for recording and evaluating the use of a website by website visitors. Vimeo

Our website uses plugins from the video portal Vimeo. Provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, NY, New York 10011, USA.
